He said Dwyer documented the issues, ordered removal when necessary and participated in on-site testing to verify compliance with specifications intended to protect the city’s long-term infrastructure investment.
Bonnie Barish, human-resources director, introduced Worth and presented the recognition; Mayor Michael Zarazinski and councilors offered congratulations. No formal action or funding was associated with the recognition.
