Planning Board member Roberta Mastrogiovanni moved to refer the City of Keene 2025 Comprehensive Master Plan to the City Council for endorsement. The board approved the referral. The board also voted to set the public hearing for adoption of the master plan for Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall council chambers.
Next steps
The public hearing will be the formal opportunity for the public to comment on the draft master plan before the planning board considers adoption and forwards the plan to the City Council for endorsement, as the board directed.
