The Town of Loudon Planning Board on July 17 voted to continue the public hearing on the Premier Roofing site‑development application (25‑06) to the Sept. 18, 2025 planning‑board meeting. The board said a consultant letter from Rokey Consultant Engineers LLC had been received asking for the continuance.
Board members said the request was routine and allowed the applicant time to complete outstanding materials. The board chair asked for the applicant or representative to be present at the September meeting; the consultant’s letter was offered as the basis for the request.
A motion to continue the hearing to Sept. 18 was made by Jeff Green and seconded by Alicia Kingsbury. With no further discussion, the board voted in the affirmative.
No decisions on the merits of the Premier Roofing site plan were made at the July 17 meeting; the item was formally continued and will receive no additional notice prior to the September session, per the board’s statement.
The board opened and closed other agenda items after the continuation vote and moved on to the next scheduled application.
