Board approves 10,000‑square‑foot kennel use permit in Enterprise

Applicant representative Roberto Piedra described the project as a two‑story animal boarding facility with requested departures for the driveway spacing and reduced parking. Piedra said the team had met with neighbors to the east and north and that those households had no objections. No members of the public spoke against the project at the hearing; Commissioner Jones moved for approval and the motion passed.

The approval allows the applicant to proceed with detailed building permits and to work with public works on driveway and parking design subject to staff review. The county record shows the item passed without additional conditions requested by the public at the hearing.
