The Town Council on May 22 accepted Acre Lane, Clare Street and Theodore Circle, along with associated access, drainage, slope and road widening easements, following final inspection and legal review. Planning and Public Works staff told the council the developer had satisfied required documentation and posted a maintenance bond; the planning board had previously recommended reducing the surety as part of the subdivision close‑out. Staff said the right‑of‑way widths were expanded during subdivision work to meet the town’s standard 50‑foot requirement. Councilor Jennifer moved to accept the roads and to authorize the town manager to sign all related easements and acceptance paperwork; the motion passed 6–0. The accepted roads are located off Pearson Road and include associated drainage easements; staff said Theodore Circle does not currently extend through to Page Lane and includes a turnaround and mailbox kiosk as constructed.
