At the meeting’s final public‑comment period, Ryan (owner of Quantum Peak Ventures) addressed the commission about item 15, a proposal for the Crimson Heights behavioral health and mental health clinic. Staff informed him that item 15 had been approved earlier on the consent agenda, but allowed him to speak briefly.
Ryan said his team is planning a behavioral‑health clinic offering autism/ABA and other mental‑health services and described outreach to adjacent neighbors. He said team members visited nearby homes and sent letters and that the conversations were positive; he said he has documentation of the visits and letters. He described community demand for autism and mental‑health services and said the clinic would fill a local need.
Commissioner Kirkpatrick noted that town board recommendation had been followed and that consent agenda placement reflected that. No commission action was taken during the public comment aside from the earlier consent approval noted by staff.
