On July 23, the Capital Improvements Plan Advisory Committee approved minutes from three prior meetings: May 31, June 11 and June 25. The committee approved the May 31 minutes as amended; one committee member, Noah, recorded an abstention for that vote because he said he had not attended the May 31 meeting. The June 11 minutes were approved as amended, and the June 25 minutes were approved as written.
During the May 31 minutes vote, Justin, Rich Elliott, Catherine Parente (recorded as Kathy), Mike Thornton and Paul Bartolomeucci voted to approve; Noah abstained. For the June 11 minutes, the roll call recorded affirmative votes from the members present. For the June 25 minutes, the committee approved the minutes as written by roll call.
Committee members discussed small edits incorporated into the minutes prior to approval, including clarifications to 'next meeting' language where a scheduled July 9 meeting did not occur and edits that had been made after the members reviewed earlier drafts. The committee recorded the approvals by roll call and moved on to the draft CIP discussion.
