The Conservation Commission welcomed Art Raspberry Yoder as its newest alternate member. Yoder introduced himself and said he is “new here” and “has a lot to learn,” and expressed thanks for the appointment.
At the start of the meeting the commission reviewed edits to the July minutes, discussed whether Member Sean Collins had submitted a formal resignation and agreed staff should confirm his status. After amending the minutes to reflect recusal and attendance clarifications, a member moved and David seconded a motion to accept the minutes as amended; members voted in favor and the chair declared the minutes approved.
No further organizational votes were taken. Commissioners noted there is a regular seat open and encouraged members to consider moving from alternate to regular status if desired.
