GREELEY, Colo. — The Water and Sewer Board received an update Aug. 20 on the city’s planned acquisition of rights and interests in the Neff Lake (Laramie River) pipeline easements. Staff reported that all but one landowner have consented to the transfer required for closing; one remaining owner is withholding consent and staff are working with the seller to resolve the holdout.
