Agenda items identified for the Oct. 1 meeting include a vote on the RWQC work plan on long-term rates, an RWSP update focused on module content, and a briefing on selected capital projects. Staff said they will circulate a revised draft of the work plan after receiving members' edits and that they will schedule MUPAC and RWQC briefings on model scenarios and capital portfolio options as the work proceeds.
Chair Balducci asked members and staff to exchange suggested edits to the draft motion before the Oct. 1 vote and for WTD to share additional project‑level information requested by committee members. Several members also asked staff to clarify selection criteria for which large projects would be eligible for alternative analysis and review.
No votes were taken on these scheduling and procedural matters; staff said follow‑up materials and drafts will be circulated in advance of the next meeting.
