The Trenton City Council on Aug. 4 approved payment of the annual service and support fee for BS&A software in the amount of $30,095.02.

Ms. Cooper, the city controller, told the council the invoice reflects an increase based on cumulative yearly CPI as provided for in the existing agreement. She requested a motion to approve the payment to BS&A for the annual service and support fee.

Council members moved and supported the payment; the motion passed unanimously. No further discussion was recorded.

The council did not discuss alternate software options, longer‑term licensing conditions or changes to the support agreement during the meeting.
