The clerk conducted a roll call with the following recorded as voting yes: Benedetti, Kiavowattan, Hornbeck, Perugy, Rodriguez, Rezeppa, and Vaughn Cracks. The motion carried.
What was not decided tonight: the council scheduled the closed study session for additional discussion; no further formal land-sale terms or construction contracts were approved in open session. The mayor indicated purchase agreements are in place and the VFW approved the sale, but did not read full contract terms in open session.
