City planner Chantel Fry said the applicant proposes redevelopment of the 2.18-acre parcel to support contractor and storage operations. Fry described the building materials as a stone base (Coronado) and medium bronze prefinished metal panels, and said staff found the design complies with UDC nonresidential design standards.…
