The motion was then moved and seconded during the meeting.
The council conducted a roll call vote. Council member Brummell, Council member Erickson, Council member Edmonson, Council member Rowan, Council member Kaylor and Mayor Levasse all voted yes. The mayor announced "Motion carries" and the body entered the executive session.
