Board approves four conditional-use applications; minutes and agenda approved
Summary
At the Sept. 2 meeting, the Board of Public Service approved four conditional-use permit recommendations transmitted under board order No. 766 and formally approved minutes and the meeting agenda by roll-call votes.
Sandra Long, zoning plan examiner representing the building commissioner, presented four conditional-use recommendations and asked the board to approve them as transmitted under Board Order No. 766. Long said approval with conditions was recommended for 5141 Colon Avenue, 3002 South Jefferson Avenue, 3234 Ivanhoe Avenue and 3624 North Spring Avenue.
A motion to approve the conditional uses as submitted was made and seconded; the board approved the recommendation by roll call (all present voting "aye"). Later in the meeting the board approved minutes from the previous meeting and the current meeting agenda by roll-call votes: minutes and agenda carried with all directors recorded as voting "aye." President Bradley was excused.
The transcript shows the conditional-use recommendations were presented during the conditional-use agenda item and were approved by vote. Board Order No. 766 was referenced as the transmittal document for the recommendations; no additional statutory citations were read into the record.
