Board members discussed recruiting Corey (City of Moab community development) as a candidate for Jasmine’s municipal seat; Corey said he would consider applying.
The board agreed to consolidate postings and hold a coordinated application period and interview schedule rather than staggered recruitment. Board members asked staff to circulate a calendar with proposed posting dates and interview windows so the board can finalize the schedule by email before a formal posting.
This discussion produced no formal appointment votes; county administration will post openings and the board will conduct interviews as provided in the county appointment process.
