The Committee on Rules reported orders extending the time for two committees to file reports on current House documents. The rules committee recommended extending until Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, the time within which the Committee on Education is authorized to report on matters referenced in House No. 4462. The committee also recommended extending until Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, the time within which the Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy is authorized to report on matters referenced in House No. 4461. Representative Gallagher of West Bridgewater and Representative Kerins of Danvers separately moved to suspend the rules so the orders could be adopted immediately; both motions were approved by voice vote and each order was adopted by voice vote. The transcript shows no additional debate or roll-call votes on those orders.
