Council directs staff to return with options to expand Pinole—s banner program after initial presentation

Councilmembers on Sept. 2 voted to direct staff to return with options and potential next steps for expanding the City of Pinole—s banner program. Councilmember Murphy moved to bring back the item and asked staff to include potential sponsorship models and a veterans/recognition banner program; the motion was seconded and carried.
