McAllen issues proclamations honoring children’s bill of rights in sports and UTRGV’s 10th anniversary

Veronica Gonzalez, senior vice president for government and community relations at UTRGV, spoke at the meeting, confirming enrollment topping 34,000 students and listing partnerships with the city on facilities and programs.
