Council gives dormant Keep Manville Beautiful funds to residents restarting group

Residents and parents present described plans for junior volunteers to conduct cleanups, hold sustainability activities at the farmers market and create visible signs of stewardship around city parks. Council approved the transfer by unanimous vote and several members pledged small additional contributions.
