Planning and Zoning Commission members unanimously approved the consent agenda at a brief July 21, 2025 meeting, adopting the July 7 regular meeting minutes and approving two replats: Silverland Center and Barrie Subdivision.

The meeting, called to order at 6:30 p.m., proceeded with a staff overview of hearing format and a consent vote after no commissioners asked to pull items for separate discussion. Chair, Planning and Zoning Commission said, "If everybody will raise your right hand, you approve the motion." The measure passed unanimously. Two commissioners, Eisenberg and Haskins, were absent and recorded as not present for the vote.

The replats on the consent agenda—Silverland Center and Barrie Subdivision—were approved without separate public comment or separate roll-call votes. The commission’s action on the consent items was procedural: there were no additional conditions or amendments recorded in the meeting minutes.

The meeting included no new business and moved to a short discussion item reporting recent city council actions. The commission scheduled its next regular meeting for Monday, August 4, 2025, and adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
