McAllen to open Camp McAllen with kayak launches, archery range and 12 campsites; city sets hours and fees

The park will be open to visitors from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and closed Mondays for maintenance; staff said the 8 p.m. closing will vary with seasonal sunset times.
