The board approved a $500,000 transfer into the county's Broadband Infrastructure Capital Project Fund to meet immediate working-capital needs while construction is underway, and separately appropriated $203,612 from American Rescue Plan Act funds and $296,388 from general fund reserves to cover part of that transfer. County staff told the board the general fund advance is expected to be reimbursed when the project is complete next year.
