Board approves amended fund transfer on consent vote, updates account amounts

The Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors voted to approve a consent agenda item amending a fund transfer (referred to in the meeting as item Z‑2). The board approved an amendment to the transfer to update an account value and to align the transfer with the related contract.

During consent discussion staff noted that an account in fund set 23000 needed to be revised from $157,500 to $165,000 and that an additional $6,500 should be added to match the contract. A board member moved to approve item Z‑2 as amended; another board member seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll and recorded unanimous support from the board. Supervisors recorded as voting aye included Valenzuela, (Howe/Hough), Harris, Cox and O'Brien.

The chair signed that action at the meeting after staff said an original corrected contract could be ready before the end of the meeting.

The update was handled on the consent agenda and carried without further debate.
