Committee members approved the other agencies' reports and asked staff to obtain and circulate the sheriff's written report when available.
A motion to approve the fourth-quarter reports passed during the meeting. Committee members noted that one agency (the sheriff) still needed to submit documentation and that staff would bring that written report forward at a later date.
