During discussion staff summarized the millage rates to be levied: the general operating millage at 14.1 mills; the Bridal a Ride Transportation System millage at 0.8 mills; the street millage at 3.4713 mills; the Downtown Development District millage at 1.9307 mills (levied within that district); and the library millage at 0.9793 mills. The commission approved the budget and millage rates on a voice vote.
