The governing body moved to award the contract and authorized the mayor and clerk to sign the agreement; the motion carried on a voice vote with no recorded opposition.
City staff and the presiding official emphasized the tight schedule and thanked project staff and partners for the work getting the bid process and grant alignment completed. The mayor and clerk were authorized to execute the contract and staff will proceed with preconstruction coordination and permit work.
