Council discussion noted two related concerns: first, some members said the list of event contingencies has grown long and suggested streamlining the special-event process; second, at least one councilmember raised ADA-accessible restroom access as an issue and suggested the city should address deficiencies if a leased venue lacks accessible restrooms.
