At the start of its June 2 meeting the City of Watertown City Council approved the transfer of a retail liquor license and a video lottery license from LRC Hospitality (doing business as Harry’s) to Samantha Schwamm (doing business as The Lounge), a location listed as 21 North Maple, Outlook Block 4, original plat.
Interim City Manager/Finance Officer Bob Zine told the council that notice had been published and that fees were paid; staff indicated all paperwork was in order. After opening a public hearing with no testimony, the council approved the transfer on a motion by Councilman Peters, seconded by Councilman Danforth, by voice vote.
The council did not attach conditions to the transfer during the session.
