Keith County commissioners moved into executive session to discuss personnel matters "for the protection of the reputation and integrity of individuals," then returned and recorded a formal motion to accept the rescinded resignation of the county building inspector, Steve.

After the closed session, Commissioner Wortman moved and Commissioner Schroeder seconded a motion that the board accept Steve's rescinded resignation and keep him as the county building inspector. The roll call vote was recorded as unanimous in favor.

Commissioners thanked Steve and welcomed him to remain with the county. The board recorded no additional decisions in open session about any personnel discipline or contract changes during that portion of the meeting.
