Staff reports progress on Title 17 recodification work group

Ruth Ann Frost, attorney for the committee, updated members Aug. 20 on work to recodify Title 17. Frost said a draft recodification is complete, stakeholders have submitted feedback and staff will circulate materials to the committee shortly.
"We're working through that process. There's a draft that's complete. We're gathering feedback from stakeholders, and, we really appreciate the stakeholders who have sent in some feedback," Frost said. She asked members to expect posted materials and additional opportunities to review draft language during the interim.
Ending: The committee received the update; no action was taken and staff will distribute the draft and collected stakeholder comments for committee review.
