"I still have a million and some about 1,300,000.0 taxes not collected, and I would like for you to go for $20 a parcel," she said.

The request came after Emmerson said the county had been paying a percentage fee to GovEase. "We was doing 2.40% of the amount that was collected. And last year, I end up paying out 4,000 and some dollars," she said. The change would replace the percentage-based fee with a per-parcel flat charge.
