The application, submitted on behalf of Skyline QOZB, LLC and represented by Reese Anderson of Pew and Lake, requests rezoning of three parcels at the northwest corner of Winchester Road and Junction Street from RSGR and B3 to RM2 Planned Development to allow a two-story, 100-unit multifamily rental development.
