The Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit for an outdoor storage yard in the Baseline Industrial Park on May 27, 2025, voting unanimously to grant the permit subject to four conditions.
Erica Hernandez, a planner on staff, told commissioners the request was by Timothy Booth for Gold Medal Landscape Management to operate an outdoor storage yard west of 30 Sixth Avenue along Colt Road on Lots 14 and 15 in the Baseline Industrial subdivision. "This presentation is to to discuss a conditional use permit request," Hernandez said, explaining the site plan, landscape plan and proposed dustproofing.
