In each case the applicant appeared, agreed to the listed conditions (items 1–9 or 1–10 as recorded) and the design review committee recommended approval; the commission then voted to approve.

The approvals were routine: applicants accepted the design review committee's conditions, there were no extended public comments and commissioners took voice or roll-call votes in favor. The commission also postponed the agenda item for 55110 Lynch Drive because proper notice had not been provided, and the applicant requested withdrawal this morning for a request to allow outdoor display of portable buildings at an East Broadway address; the commission accepted that withdrawal.

Commissioners calling the roll for the recorded approvals included Commissioner Banks, Commissioner Glasgow, Commissioner Chambers, Commissioner Phillips, Commissioner Pierce, Commissioner Robinson, Commissioner Wallace and Chairman White; recorded votes were affirmative for the items listed above. Staff directed applicants who received approvals to consult with planning staff about next steps.
