The Lake Havasu City Council on June 24 authorized a one-year statement of work with Camtra Technologies LLC to provide comprehensive managed services and technical support for the city’s Oracle enterprise resource planning system.
Miss Olsen told the council that Camtra has supported the city’s Oracle system over recent years and that the proposed one-year statement of work is for $150,000 starting July 1, 2025. “The contract or the statement of work that we're proposing for tonight is $150,000, so quite a savings over the prior year,” Miss Olsen said. She described the ERP as supporting financial, payroll and human-resources functions and said Camtra assists when staff need specialized technical work or when upgrades and module implementations require outside expertise.
Council member David Diaz asked for clarification about what the $150,000 pays for; Miss Olsen replied that the city uses the contract for troubleshooting, implementing remaining modules and technical assistance with upgrades. The council voted 7–0 to authorize the city manager to execute the statement of work.
The current one-year engagement replaces higher-cost arrangements from prior years; staff said the scope is for FY2025–26 only and that ongoing needs will be evaluated in future budget cycles.
