The Pacific Board of Aldermen approved the appointment of Craig Burgard as building commissioner during its July 1 meeting.

Mayor Kelly asked for a motion to approve the appointment. Alderman Madrigal moved to approve Craig Burgard and Alderman Hovind seconded. The board recorded no opposition and carried the motion.

The board did not attach conditions or discuss a separate vote tally on the record; the appointment was approved during the mayor’s report portion of the meeting.
