Park County commissioners voted 3-0 Aug. 6 to approve the Connolly Common Plat resolution (case A25-0031), consolidating three existing lots into two within the Michigan Hill area.

Staff described the action as a formalization of shared ownership of a common lot and said the amendment to the recorded plat will create two lots out of three, which staff and the applicant contended is preferable to smaller, separate parcels.

A commissioner noted anticipated delay before final recording caused by the surveyor’s production schedule and not by county processing. The board approved the resolution and asked the applicant to return the completed survey for county recording; the county clerk will await the finalized survey documents.

Resolution number on the record was read as 2025-026. The motion carried 3-0.
