The County Commission approved two appointments to the JCAB board on a motion that passed by voice vote. Yona, a county staff member, asked that the actions be recorded in the minutes and requested no formal resolution. The commission reappointed Greg Hennen and appointed Jimmy Littleford to county seats on JCAB for three-year terms beginning July 1. Yona told the commission that Littleford had served on the board as a Coffeyville appointee when he worked for the Coffeyville district and that the county vacancy now applies because he lives in the county. Commissioners Beaver, Cordray and Klubine voted to approve the appointments. The minutes show the motion passed and the terms were recorded as three years starting July 1.
