- Arnold Group agreement: Commissioners authorized the chairman to sign the agreement for services with the Arnold Group as previously approved.

- Road‑use permit bond (pipeline repairs): The commission authorized the chairman to sign a $100,000 road‑use permit bond with Mid America Pipeline Company LLC and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America.

- Personnel change notice (PCN): The commission approved a personnel change notice for the public works director (six‑month introductory period completion), effective Aug. 3, 2025.

Each of the items above was approved by motion and unanimous voice vote; no item generated substantive debate or policy changes during the meeting. The commission also held and closed two executive sessions during the agenda (sale of county property; non-elected personnel) and reported no action taken on the executive-session matters when it returned to open session.
