YUMA, Ariz. — The Yuma City Council on Aug. 6 adopted Ordinance 2025-528, a Yuma City Code text amendment regarding public nuisances, during the ordinance consent agenda.
The ordinance was included on the consent agenda and adopted after a motion by Council Member Morris and a second by Council Member Watts. The clerk conducted a roll vote; Council Members Martinez, Morris, McClendon, Deputy Mayor Smith, Morales, Watts and Mayor Nichols voted aye.
