Commissioners approve county contracts, airport ground leases and a website refresh contract

Public Health staff presented a contractor agreement with Monarch Digital to rebuild and refresh the Chaffee Resources website, which staff described as a central clearinghouse for community resources; the commissioners voted to approve the contract so the project can proceed.

Staff said the legal-services agreement has been in use under the county attorney’s office and the updated routing clarifies oversight; airport lease actions were described as clerical and parcel-specific changes rather than a change to airport policy.
