"We have 32 signed up so far," the health-fair coordinator told the committee and said the number could rise to about 36 if the Family Assistance and Resource Center participates. The coordinator said volunteers and trucks would be available for setup at 7 a.m. the day of the event, and asked the committee for help with setup and table logistics.

Committee members discussed promotional placements for new banners—near the old clinic on Main Street, in front of the police station, and at highway entry posts—and agreed to distribute a flyer electronically. The coordinator said he would email an electronic copy of the flyer to committee members for posting. They also discussed space for a donor/partner bus and noted the need to reserve tables for organizations that requested them.
