The Planning Commission unanimously approved the final plat for Little Blue Estates, Plat 1B (case 2532003) after staff clarified changes from the preliminary plat. The motion passed on a 6-0 roll call.

Officials said the substantive change from the preliminary plat was the addition of four lots north of the original preliminary-platted area. Staff explained the subdivision phase naming was adjusted to Plat 1B so the commission’s existing phase numbering would not be disrupted.

Commissioner Nesbitt asked staff whether anything else had changed from the preliminary plat. Planning staff replied the only change was the four additional lots and that the final plat was otherwise ready to proceed.

The commission voted 6-0 to approve the final plat for Little Blue Estates, Plat 1B (case 2532003). No conditions or follow-up tasks were recorded in the meeting minutes.

The approval allows the developer to record the final plat under the city’s subdivision regulations; implementation steps such as utility servicing or building permits, if required, will follow the normal permitting process.
