Butler County staff reported that they filed the appraiser reports for the Ohio Street roundabout project and will notify affected property owners, make the required payment into the clerk of the district court and hold a later distribution hearing.

A county official told commissioners, “The Ohio Street roundabout project, we did receive the report of appraisers. I filed that yesterday, so that'll be proceeding. I gotta give notification to all the land owners and then we'll make the payment into the clerk of the district court.” The official said that after payment the county will schedule a distribution hearing later in the process.
