Separately in the director’s report earlier in the meeting, Sean (director) said drilling at Terry Ranch will continue through May and likely into late June, noting three additional wells remain to be drilled to secure groundwater lease rights under the terms of the lease. Staff offered several June date options (June 12, 17 and 20) for a board tour of the drilling activity and said the opportunity to observe drilling is short‑lived because drilling on the site is not planned for many years thereafter.
