Hartland board approves fall special events, sets conditions for food trucks and park use

Organizers said the second-year event will include a pumpkin river float, haunted trail, hay-bale maze, a DJ and a movie; event proceeds will support a children’s area remodel at the library. "We couldn't do it without DPW. Tom and his old team, they are crucial to this," one co-chair said.
