Aug. 7, 2025 โ The Cache County Planning Commission approved a consent-item request to amend the Colby Mon Lot Split Subdivision, a staff item presented as a consent agenda.
Staff said the amendment reduced Lot 2 from 135.51 acres to 100.01 acres and created a 35.73-acre agricultural remainder for property located in the A-10 (agriculture) zone. The parcel address was listed in staff materials as 4997 West 4800 South in Wellsville. No public comments were made to staff at the hearing. A motion to approve the consent item was made, seconded and carried by voice vote.
