The Greenwood Stormwater Board voted Wednesday to accept operation and maintenance manuals for nine developments and authorized the mayor to sign them on the board’s behalf. The superintendent listed the developments: interest housing expansion; Greenwood Village South (April Drive connection); Lone Pine Farms Section 3; Audi Golf Edition; Sage Fire by Del Webb Section 3; Scottsdale Estates Sections 5 and 6; Subway/Big Fig Coffee on U.S. 31; Pepperdine (horse build development on U.S. 31); and Ridge Top Section 1. Staff recommended a single motion to accept the O&M manuals and authorize signature. A motion to accept the operation and maintenance manuals and authorize the mayor to sign passed on roll call. Board members recorded their votes (recorded ayes included David Chang, Mr. Shell and Liam Oliver). Staff indicated these are the standard O&M submittals used to document responsibilities for stormwater facilities in new developments; the motion authorizes acceptance and execution but did not change maintenance responsibilities contained in the manuals themselves. The board did not discuss substantive changes to the manuals during the meeting; acceptance places the manuals on record and allows staff to proceed with standard follow-up steps.
