Separately, the board approved the annual interlocal agreement with the City of Washington for emergency management services (city pays $6,000 annually) and approved a WTH/CoreLogic electronic mapping data application agreement allowing WTH to manage data‑release requests on the county’s behalf. The approvals were all routine voice votes; commissioners recorded motions and seconds and each motion passed.
